The Raw Material:

• Harvesting: Cashmere is collected through hand combing during the animal's natural moulting season in late spring.
• Sorting and Grading: This process is conducted manually to ensure quality.
• Washing: The fiber undergoes washing to remove dirt, grease, and plant matter before being spun into yarn.

Weaving:

• Knitting: The cashmere is knitted using straight knitting machines. The fabric is allowed to rest for a day to regain its natural shape after the tension and elongation from the weaving process.

Garment Making:

• Assembly: Various parts of the pattern—front, back, sleeves, edges, and collars—are assembled using sewing machines and other specialized tools by skilled staff to ensure high-quality results.

Washing and Ironing:

• Fulling: Our garments are washed through a process known as "fulling" to achieve the soft texture typical of cashmere. Final ironing enhances and completes the garment, which is then bagged and prepared for sale.
